Rubber moulding

With over 30 years of experience in injection moulding and a 4.0 machine fleet, Eurostampi is a reference point for rubber moulding, specialising in series production of highly customised rubber products for both small and large batches.

Rubber injection moulding is one of the most used methods, as it guarantees a high quality and precision of the final product and allows to produce articles in large quantities.

Unlike the compression rubber moulding process, where the material is inserted at “ambient temperature”, heated and vulcanized inside the mould, with rubber injection moulding, the latter is injected at higher temperatures and pressure thanks to an internal injection chamber inside the closed mould. Once the rubber has been vulcanized, the mould opens to extract the cross-linked product, through an automatic process.
